Courtney Aiken, a proud native of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, is a 2007 Cum Laude graduate of Spelman College and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The ShowKase Agency, a dynamic project management and consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Courtney began her career in the entertainment industry, specializing in artist management, road management, and event planning. In 2017, she launched The ShowKase Agency with a mission to enhance brands, expand businesses, and bring entrepreneurial visions to life — with a special focus on supporting small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
In addition to her role as an entrepreneur, Courtney is an author, philanthropist, and leadership coach at Spelman College, where she mentors undergraduate students as they plan for their careers beyond graduation. A servant leader at heart, she is passionate about creating both community and personal impact. Courtney devotes her time to working with children and young adults in the foster care system and serves as a mentor for young women discovering their purpose.
